  • Asian Studies Program at University at Buffalo – Offer seminar that will  provide teachers with content and resources to more effectively teach about China, Japan, and Korea.

  • NCCC and Orleans-Niagara Teacher Center – NETT Technology conference: focusing on utilizing technology for teaching common Core Standards

  • Niagara University - collaborative online program to inform cooperating teachers about the new edTPA requirements and how to assist student teachers.

  • Canisius College and their Justice Project.  The Center will provide Professional Development to provide educators with information, resources and strategies to improve student learning opportunities in inclusive classroom environments.

  • Local Steel Plant Museum- supported their collaboration with Buffalo State College graduate students with their  development of curriculum about steel production and local history using ELA skills. evolved into a workshop for teachers

  • St. Bonaventure University–use facilities for workshops, cosponsor workshops

  • National Fuel–The Buffalo Teacher Center is hosting a free, hands-on workshop for 5th – 12th grade teachers delivered by NEED sponsored by National Fuel.  Attendees receive hands-on classroom kits and materials plus 30 student take-home energy conservation kits.

  • Echoes and Reflections - program to assist educators with lesson on Holocaust

  • Social Justice Project

  • Buffalo Hearing & Speech Center–facilitate distance learning opportunities for needed CEU credits of speech, OT, PT, and Special ed, and regular ed teachers
